UMPIRING IN SOUTHAMPTON LEAGUES

From September 2013 all umpires umpiring in Southampton Leagues must have achieved the correct level of the Beep Test. For beginners and C this is 4.1 and for B and above this is 5.1.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL UMPIRES WHO HAVE ACHEIVED THE REQUIRED LEVEL IN THE BEEP TEST

Congratulaions to all the umpires who acheived the required level of the BEEP test to enable them to umpire in all leagues run by SNA. The updated list of umpires can be found on the umpiring page. If umpires have not completed and acheived the correct level in the BEEP test, they will NOT be able to umpire and teams will be penalised if they do so.

ALL UMPIRES WILL BE EXPECTED TO ACHEIVE THE CORRECT LEVEL EVEN THOSE AFFILIATED OUTSIDE OF THE SOUTHAMPTON LEAGUE. It will be the responsibility of teams to ensure their umpire meets this criteria. Please download a form from the umpires page and book your test with Peter, Lara or Chris
